Uttarakhand Glacier Burst: Water level in Dhauliganga River rose suddenly following avalanche near a power project at Raini village in Tapovan area of Chamoli district. Rishiganga Power Project has been damaged due breach of a glacier in the Tapovan area. Disaster response teams have been deployed and the Army has committed four columns; three helicopters are already conducting aerial surveys. (Credit: ANI)
