To Mark World Radio Day, Puri Artist Crafts Replica Of Stereo With Matchsticks

To mark World Radio Day, an artist in Odisha’s Puri made a replica of the Panasonic stereo radio in the 1980s using over 3,000 matchsticks. It took around four days for Saswat Ranjan Sahoo to complete the masterpiece. Every year, on February 13, World Radio Day is celebrated to raise awareness about the importance of the medium.
