Rescue efforts for trapped miners in China could take another two weeks

Rescuers say it could take at least another two weeks to free gold miners trapped underground for twelve days in eastern China.

The desperate attempt to save 21 workers buried after a blast has been further complicated by a blockage delaying drilling efforts.

Authorities say ten of the men are alive, with 11 others unaccounted for.

One miner’s death has been confirmed.
