EU urges vaccine makers to ‘honour obligations’ amid supply fears

The European Union’s vaccination plans have been disrupted by supply delays.
Both AstraZeneca and Pfizer-BioNTech announced they would fall short of their promised deliveries.
EU ministers have warned they may restrict vaccine exports from the bloc, as vaccines in the United Kingdom continue to be made available.
